Bally keeps it traditional.
We make Roman style pizza. Our
dough is triple fermented,
making for the most perfect thin
& crispy pizzas.

We use imported Italian 00 flour
and the finest San Marzano
tomatoes. Combine this with our
seasonal ingredients, and our
wood-fired oven powered by a
local olive grove… pizza perfetta!
